Rayuela' revisits the games and activities of our childhood, such as hopscotch. Playing to learn about ourselves and others, playing to connect with others, the games are transformed into dance and rhythmic composition, appealing to the spontaneity of our inner child. 

Samyukt

Samyukt (connected) is inspired from this shloka of Natyashastra, the ancient Sanskrit treatise, which talks about the course or sequence of dance - Natya Krama in Indian classical dances, Samyukt takes the philosophy deeper and highlights the synergy of physical, mental and emotional elements to stay centred, focused and engage meaningfully. In this performance, we explore not only the concrete meaning of connection, but also the underlying interpretations in the shloka.
